Chef of the Day Menu - First Draft

Alright guys, here it is. The first draft of my final menu which will culminate in me cooking this for 16 people sometime next quarter. I'm sure this will get changed and tweaked, but I'm really happy with the first blush!

Please give constructive feedback if you can; let me know what looks yummy to you, what you might do...

  1. I have no constructive feedback except to say, "Mmm!!!" I know that you changed the chicken entree to trout by now, but for me the rabbit on this menu stands out.

  2. Love the menu! I made lavender scones in the UK (the recipe was from the cafe at the Chelsea Physic Garden - an ancient herb garden in London)and seeing this menu reminded me... I'll have to try it again.
Can't wait to hear how this all turns out.

  3. I adore rabbit. Sounds like a perfect Spring meal. Wish I could be there!

  4. Kathy - I recipe tested the clotted cream to go with my scones at school yesterday and it worked perfectly! Just like the little imported bottles of Devon Co. Clotted Cream I used to buy at the teashop when I lived on Queen St. I'm on my bakery rotation all next week, too, so I'll have a chance to recipe test the scones themselves. I'm probably too excited about that, but I'll definitely let you know how it goes!

I've heard of the Chelsea Physic Garden before; I'd love to visit there some day, along with England in general!
